This online learning program is designed for Medical Practitioners who are responsible for or have an interest in diagnosing acute rheumatic fever. On completion of this program, participants will be able to
- Identify first line treatment of Strep A throat and skin infections for people at high risk of acute rheumatic fever.
- Identify symptoms and signs of acute rheumatic fever.
- List investigations required to diagnose acute rheumatic fever.
- Describe the considerations for care of a person with rheumatic heart disease.
