Prevention of ARF and RHD

Completion time: approximately 30 minutes

This online learning program is designed for members of the health workforce who are responsible for or interested in the prevention of acute rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease. On completion of this program, participants will be able to

  • Identify the social determinants of health.
  • Define primordial prevention of acute rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease.
  • Describe best practice for primary prevention of acute rheumatic fever.
