This activity is available on the Heart Foundation’s Health Professional Learning Hub. It is designed for members of the health workforce who have an interest in women with rheumatic heart disease.
On completion of this program, participants will be able to
- identify key elements of transition to adulthood and preconception care for young women with rheumatic heart disease.
- identify women at risk of cardiac events during pregnancy.

- Women and girls with rheumatic heart disease – preconception care
